Programme Entries to be received at the Committee hut no later than 12 noon Wednesday 19th August 2009. (Late entries may be considered on the day.). Best Plot entries MUST be received no later than Sunday 16th August to alow for judging. Staging of exhibits will be from 09.00am until 12.00 noon.. The area will be cleared of exhibitors at 12.00 noon to allow the judging to take place.. The area will be open again to the exhibitors and the public at 2.00pm.Awards will be presented at 4.00pm. With permission the exhibitors may start to remove their exhibits at 4.30pm.. The show will close at 5.00pm. See pictures on the RAA Facebook group by clicking here
